What is included in price?
Full cost of housing from 14:00 first day till 12:00 last day
All the taxes, electricity, utilities
Free cleaning and bedding change according to a schedule in apartment description
Free additional services – tea, sugar, coffee, satellite TV, internet access
Early arrival (before 14:00) and late departure (after 12:00) is charged 50% of daily stay. When booking, If you mention arrival time before 14:00 or departure time after 12:00, you will have to pay for early arrival/late departure. In this case you can certainly move into apartment at mentioned time.
If you don’t wish to pay for early arrival/late departure, you can call after 17:00 of the day before arrival/departure and ask us possibility of early arrival/late departure. But in this case we can not guarantee it to you.
Other services: transfer, excursions, translator, visa support, mobile phone rent, car rent and so on are made for additional payment according to lease agreement and information in section Services
