Booking apartments in Saint Petersburg, Russia
If you choose one of our apartments for your accommodation we would stronly advise you to book it right away. To book an apartment you need to pay for the first day of your stay in chosen apartment. The rest of the amount for apartment rent you will need to pay when you move into the apartment.
In case that you’ve decided to cancel booking of the apartment rental in St Petersburg for more then 30 days - 90% of your initial payment will be returned to you. If you cancelled apartment booking in Saint Petersburg for less then 30 days – your initial payment will not be returned.
After you have made initial payment for apartment rent in St Petersburg the flat is considered to be booked by you. Without this deposit we can not guarantee that the chosen apartment will be available at the time of your arrival.
The rest of the amount for apartment rent you will need to pay when you move into the apartment. In addition to rental price you will be asked for security deposit in amount of 100$. This deposit will be returned back when you’ll be moving out in exchange on keys and good condition of the apartment.
If the tenant moved into the apartment and paid for living and after that decided to change dates of departure the following rules will be applied. The tenant will be retained the amount of the last day of living in the apartment and half amount of the days that was not used.
We hope for understanding that it might be hardly possible to find another tenant to the apartment that was just vacated.
